A USDA-Inspected Pork Slaughterhouse / Packing Plant, located in northwest Ohio, is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Quality Control Manager. Applicant would be responisble for maintaining all existing GMP, SSOP, and HACCP programs. Developing and maintaing new plans and FSIS Directives and SQF programs. Ensure regulatory compliance including, but not limited to, USDA, FSIS, FDA, OSHA, and EPA. Two (2) years red meat experience required.
